    Hi Paulo,

Please find the documentation in regards to the commands that you referenced here

    https://docops.ca.com/ca-service-management/14-1/en/administering/configure-ca-service-desk-manager/setting-up-multi-tenancy/utilities-used-for-multi-tenancy

Let me know if this helps?

Hi Paulo, when you say "register" what are you referring to specifically?  What is a register?

I have some configuration item classes that has the tenant field filled.

I need to change this itens and make all of them public itens, not tenanted.

Ok so its the "classes" that you want to make public?   To be honest i have never tried to do that myself, but the document link that Maheshwar provided will give you the info about using that command and how to properly use it.

Hope that helps a bit.  If not, let us know and we can look into other options.  There may be some type of reason why the application blocks that from happening specifically.

    Thanks,

    Jon
