    Hello,

The screenshot only is a bit light. Did you have a look at the logs for that probe? What does it say? Would you mind sharing them?

CABI needs to be deployed using MCS rather than directly which your cfg seems to indicate.

    Hi

Please upload cabi.log and wasp.log here for checking the reason.

And check whether ump_cabi package is deployed

    cabi log:

    Sep 25 02:20:26:068 [1360] Controller: Probe 'cabi' (command = <startup java>) returns no-restart code (42)

    wasp log:

Sep 25 02:20:37:662 [1360] Controller: Max. restarts reached for probe 'wasp' (command = <startup java>)

    Omair!

    Can you please try:

1.Open wasp in Raw Config on the UMP robot.
    2.Go to the setup section.
3.If it does not exist, add the key: cabi
4.Add the correct path to the
cabi probe as the value. The path uses the format:
    /<domain_name>/<hub_name>/<robot_name>/cabi
5.Save the changes and restart wasp.

If issue persists, then please try to do a full remove from the Cabi probe:

If is a Dedicated Cabi Server then:

You can use this other process, but I would recommend you to use the latest cabi probe version 3.0:

    Hello.

cabi 3.0 will never be starting when RAM capacity check (of CABI robot) does not pass.

In my lab, the same error is seen when computer RAM is 4GB or 5GB.

After changing it to 6GB, (although it does not meet official requiement), the error is gone.

    Check also /opt/nimsoft/probes/service/cabi/cabi_install_archive.log

If you running main UIM hub and DB at same server and seeing: connection refused: Could not connect to address=(host=127.0.0.1)

Go to data_engine config Database Configuration -> Server Host and change localhost to address which is reachable for both UIM server and CABI server. as well... not localhost definitely

    Wondering why

    • data_engine is allowed to start with localhost configured...
    • data_engine callback propagates it correctly
    • cabi installation script doesn't report it as fatal installation error
