  • 1.  Does UIM snap 8.31&8.32 support monitoring Win2016?

    As subject whether win2016 is supported by UIM snap 8.31&8.32 to monitor.

    As customer met one issue that after discovering, the osname column is Unknow in USM Inventory.

     

    Please check the screenshot and cm_computer_system table result.

    Hi,

     

    This is not supported in UIM SNAP 8.31.  Windows 2016 support has only recently begun to arrive in the full version of UIM 8.51 and will be fully supported only in UIM 9.0.  I am not sure if there are further SNAP versions planned beyond 8.31 however.
