In Incidencias and Ordenes de cambio is the possibility of creating approval flows. In Incidentes/Solicitudes/Problemas, within the application, you do not see that possibility, is there any way to do it?

What version of SDM are you using ?
The ability to have a Workflow attached to Incidents/Requests/Problems has been added in 14.1 CP1 - see the release notes at CA Service Management Release 14.1.01 Enhancements - CA Service Management - 14.1 - CA Technologies Documentation
