  • 1.  missing data on reports for yesterday

    any issue with GIS instance of Agile Central?  My cumulative flow and iteration burndown both show no data for Sept 25th

    Hi John, can you open a support case and let us know what timezone your workspace is set to?  It will take us some time to re-run the reports, but we'll get it started once we get the timezone information and a case created.  Thanks.

    Hi John, we re-ran the data collection for the Eastern timezone.  If this is your workspace timezone, the data should be available now.  If not, please open a support case and let us know your Workspace timezone, we'll be happy to re-run the collection for your timezone.  Thx.
