  • 1.  How does the CA AXA calculate hashid devices ?

    I am studying ( "buy or not" !) CA AXA tools for my company and there are questions about: how it to calculate hashid device.

    • When the app-mobile is updated (...inside google store or ios store..) , the hashid mobile will be updated or maintained ?
    • When O.S. mobile is updated (..Android or IOS...), the hashid mobile will be updated or maintaines ?

    I am going to ask this question internally and see what info I can find out.  At this point I don't know if this is supported or not.

    thanks for your return.

    Sorry, I wasn´t clear on that !

    I think CA AXA software differentiates the users by hashid devices, right? 

    If hashid device change,for any reason , it will lose all references, right?
