    Issue:

    I have installed WSS Agent on Windows, and I do not see the Service "TxMinder XML SDK" on Windows Service. How can I get this service installed ?

    Resolution:

    Be sure you are running the right combination of OS/WSS Agent/Web Server.

    Then, if the Service "TxMinder XML SDK" is still not shown in the Services then do the following:

    Locate the ca-pep-config.exe file that should be found in install_config_info

    i.e.:

    C:\Program Files\CA\SOA Security Manager\install_config_info

    or

    C:\Program Files\CA\SOA Security Manager\webagent\install_config_info

    Run the ca-pep-config.exe

    The Service "TxMinder XML SDK" will appear in the Services msc;

    In case anyone is wondering what ca-pep-config stands for: It means CA Policy Enforcement Point Configuration. In this case CA Policy Enforcement Point is synonymous to CA Agent. This terminology is often used with PDP or Policy Decision Point.
