With the new CA Support portal, there is one thing that really annoys me. It is when I'm using the portal's builtin comment window to update the ticket. While you have your message typed in and click anywhere outside the comment window, it closes without confirmation. Losing everything you have typed.
I feel this is broken. Now I either reply to previous message email directly, or have my message pre-typed and then do copy & paste to comment.
