I have a Report in CABI 4.1 sp3 and i configured the format Report like this 

Fit to 1 page and to export this report in pdf showsme correctly but in excel take more than one page

is there a way to export both formats in one page ?

Is the Excel export on XLS or XLSX format?  See if this makes any difference.

In addition, you stated that you have CABI 4.1 SP3 installed.  Do you have a CABI 4.1 SP5 environment where you can check if the issue exists there as well?

Yes , there is a difference , but only with the images and the hheaders , in both formats it´s exported in more yhan one page , but in xls the images apper,

it should be noted that always in excel the headers and images are messy, does not throw the format that was given  in webi.

I would like you to apply CABI 4.1 SP5 and see if the issue persists.

Please ensure that you have a backup/snapshot of the CABI server and the CMS database.

You will want to download both files as one is the server side patch and the other the client tools patch.

In your image, the page size is A4, is that intentional?  Have you tried selecting the letter size (8 1/2 x 11)?
