In order to integrate PAM with Remedy you must first upload 2 files to PAM, arapi8.jar and arutil81.jar. On 3.0.1 there seems to be a problem uploading these files, in some instances. They must be named arapi8.jar and arutil81.jar, with no extra characters. In one case we were unable to upload arapi8.jar, even though it was correctly named. The same person had no problem uploading the arutil.81.jar file. Engineering is working on a fix. In the meantime, Support is able to assist you in getting the file to the correct location.
