I have just integrated eem to AD and now I'm not able to login in service catalog. Saying username or password incorrect. Before that it was login perfectly.
Even I cannot see those SC users which is spadmin, casmadmin etc in eem now
What could be issue.

When you switch the source to AD, you see AD users instead, not as well. You'll want to either create the users in your AD system, or use the command
ant add-spadmin-user
to promote one of your existing AD users to the spadmin role. You'll find more details in this tecdoc:

Good Morning.
After configuring EEM for AD,AD is 'leading' for the userid/password definitions.
So, you need to add "spadmin, casmadmin" in AD first, before you configure EEM for AD.
You can add these in AD now?

After you add the users in the AD, they will(should) be visible in EEM then too(immediately).
And then you should be able to login to SC and USS and PAM there after.
