  • 1.  Ansible to handle/configure APM

    Posted Oct 09, 2017 03:56 PM

    Hello all folks,

we decide to use Ansible to install/configure/handle our system infrastructure.

My question, use someone Ansible Playbooks to handle/configure APM manager and agents.

    With regards,

    Lutz

    p.s.

Unfortunately, I can't find any sample Ansible Playbooks to handle CA APM.

We've had similar requests in the past, so hopefully some folks will respond to you.

    Hello,

the post refered by musma03 doesn't fit well, see APM Team Center Configuration Management

It seems to me nobody spent some time to write an Ansible Playbook or Module to handle APM (the agents or manager).

Please share your experiences/advice as well. Thanks in advance.

I'll be back, if I write a usefull Ansible Playbook to install and configure the APM Java agents.

    Bye, Lutz

    Dear Lutz:

This is more of an integration/how to question. So converting into a discussion. If you get it working, please share your experiences

Again: I am asking any CA Admins, Partners or Users to respond if you have already done this.

    Thanks in advance
