    Hi,

     

    Does anyone know if it is possible to include the Related Ticket field in this view?

     

    How can I achieve it?

    Hi,

     

    Unfortunately that's not one of the available columns in the view, no. This would need to be created as an idea for enhancement at the moment.

    Hi Pedro,

     

    I don't see this being possible without heavy customization as related tickets can be multiple tickets. You would somehow need to concatenate all related tickets and if you want them to be clickable to go to the related ticket that would be even more customization.

    Thank you for your contribution.

    In this scenario one request has only one ticket in SDM. It's a 1 to 1 relation.

    Hi Pedro - We understand that in your example its a 1-to-1 relation, but the product is designed to have 1-to-many capability in this area, and thus we cannot display that in a table format as currently it only allows the display of 1-to-1 relationships.

    This would be a major customization that would not be supported and would be very difficult to maintain going forward.
