Hi all,

We have the following query, is there any agent that can be installed on the "thin client" (for example Dell) this equipment comes with a proprietary operating system of Dell.

If there is still no agent for these machines, do you know when we can have an agent for these devices?

Because the market is moving very fast, it makes us think that the companies are going to prefer this type of equipment and we would not have a way to inventory them.

Currently we have registered about 46 machines manually, the equipment is DELL and the operating system used by these machines are Wyse, at this moment are few but this number is expected to grow rapidly in a few months.

You need to find out which OS the terminals are running. Many WISE terminals use Windows Embedded which can have a normal Agent installed on them.

In order to have this considered you need to raise an “Idea” on the community. The idea needs to contain the reason why this is needed, the business impact and the exact details of the Operating system name and version that you are requesting support for.
