How do I retrieve a restored Test case

    PaulGoodey1379429,

The Test Case should be restored to where it was located ( Workspace & Project ) when it was deleted.  Associations with other work items may not be restored, however.

Can you provide some further information about what is happening or what you are trying to do so we can help you further?

    Thank you.

    Michael

    Hi Paul,

Thank you for the document. I would like to clarify some things to ensure we understand the issue. Currently, it isn't possible to edit items directly from the Revision history. However, when you restore an item from the Recycle bin a link is provided at the top of the page that takes you to the restored item where you can edit it.

If you have restored several items in a row you will need to manually locate each one and then edit to add the Test Folder back. It may be easiest to use the Search bar at the top of the page to locate the specific test cases, but generally you will find them on Quality > Test Cases page in the Workspace and Project that housed them when they were deleted.

Please let us know if you still need assistance, and we will be happy to help.
