ATC TT Arrival Buffer Full

I know of at least three of our customers who are experiencing the situation where the ATC TT arrival buffer is filling and then APM begins writing constant messages to the logs.  It seems that APM 10.5.x is creating more TTs than previous versions, but it would be nice to have some feedback to validate or reject that assumption.

 

The messages in the logs look like this:

 

8/04/17 12:25:46.847 PM EDT [INFO] [PO:WatchedAgentPO Mailman 2] [Manager] TransactionTrace arrival buffer full, discarding trace(s)

8/04/17 12:25:47.713 PM EDT [INFO] [PO:WatchedAgentPO Mailman 5] [Manager] TransactionTrace arrival buffer full, discarding trace(s)

 

Performance seems to suffer and even shifting into legacy (non-transaction) mode doesn't help.

 

Has anyone out there experienced this and have any kind of solution?
