  • 1.  SC Integration with ITPAM

    Hello Team

     

    From SC installation media, I have integrated ITPAMand it successfully done. But In SC interface Administration --> COnfiguration --> IT PAM I Can see those fields are still empty. Anyhow I need to do manual integration now and  I'm confused with below highlighted options. How can I get cert file for pam n key file? 

     

    Can you provide any document for sc n pam integration?

     ALso is there any configuration to do on PAM interface for integration with SC?

     

    Please guide.

    Thanks for ur prompt reply.

     

    I followed the steps from which I shared link.

     

    I have successfully reached till step 17 . Now In step 18 to double click

    on slcm_globaldataset.. I cannot see this option in library ...also in step

    21 n 22 those options are also not available. ... Why is that so ? However

    rest of the options in library is available but not this one which stated

    these steps.

     

    How can I proceed now . Pls clarify.

     

    Also I can see this link which I shared is for could Pam. So can we still

    use for onpremesis Pam??

    Please check on the following, somewhat formal kind of statement:
    This 'Community' functionality is meant for relatively simple questions&(quick)answers for CA Service Catalog.
    Looking into this one, it seems/appears that a 'quick answer' can not be made available within this community thread.
    Apparently, 'investigation' and/or 'debugging' is needed to find a possible cause and solution for this.
    Therefor I need to ask you to consider to open a 'standard' case.
    Through which you can get 'standard' and 'full-service' follow-up by our Support Level 1 Team.
