  • 1.  Authorization Failed Error in retrieving Virtual services of Devtest 10.1

    Hi Team,

     

    We are getting Authorization Failed error when we tried to fetch the virtual services of Devtest 10.1 version by using below REST URL.

    http://localhost:port/api/Dcm/VSEs 

     

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <Error xmlns="http://www.ca.com/lisa/invoke/v2.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.ca.com/lisa/invoke/v2.0 Error.xsd" type="application/vnd.ca.lisaInvoke.error+xml"> <Id>4200</Id> <Message>Authorization failed</Message> </Error>

     

    Could you please help us.

    Are you using the browser to send the request? 

    Can you try the same with postman or chrome rest client ?

    We are trying to test this URL in Devtest 10.1 workstation through test case.

    also when i tried this URL in chrome, Am getting below error message.

    Hello Chaitu,

     

    Authorization error is happening because your registry will be secured one and required user name and password.

     

    Try to run URL by providing user name and password in URL
