Access to CA Support for Case Support is not available...anyone else experiencing tht same?

It looks like the problem could be browser related. I see the same thing when using IE, but I don't have any issues when using Chrome. try another browser if one is available. Otherwise, please call into CA Support (1-800-225-5224) and open a case.
