Hello, 

I need to create a PAM processes that I capture datas that workflow incident/request/problem classic Servicedesk. For this creation I use 'select object operator' of CA SDM CA Process Automation Process Definitions.

In workflow change order I don't have problems, because the 'servicedesk object type' exists 'workflow (change order)' type, but when I want to work with 'workflow incident/request/problem classic Servicedesk', the workflow (incident/request/problema) 'servicedesk object type', don't exists.

I've attached screenshot environment.

I think that I have upgrade the CA SDM operators installed, but I don't find the link to download it.

any idea?

That is why I always use the Standard SOAP Operator !

If you know the object name you can simply type it in that lookup. Whatever you manually input into that field will be used in the web service call. In this case I think the object you want to query is cr_wf.
