    Hi Alejandro,


    What I recommend is download the remedy api documentation and using the Pam operators o webservice/rest to do your integration.


    You will have much more control of your process.

    You can use postman for rest and soapui for soap to create/debug your calls before going to ITPAM. It will be a lot faster to develop.
