    It's quite simple, just follow this guide from DocOps:

     

    How To Run Multiple VSE Services on a Single Server - DevTest Solutions - 10.0 - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    Plese note that there's limitations on how many VSE you can have on a single server (depends on the hardware you have available for the VSE server)
