    Hi Team.

    I have a question.

I need create SLA with QOS_COMPUTER_UPTIME. I don't know how UIM manage this metrics, because this metrics is in second (s) or minute (m) and not in %.

How can I create the "Expect Quality of Service" ?

If I create the expect QOS of 1 months is 43200 minuts

If I create the expect QOS of 1 weeken is 10280 minuts

If I create the expect QOS of 1 day is 1440 minuts

All expect are based in 100% availbility.

    Any idea?

    Hi,

So if this is coming from the CDM probe this would be a increasing value since the restart in seconds

cdm Metrics - CA Unified Infrastructure Management Probes - CA Technologies Documentation

    Computer Uptime Hourly

    QOS_COMPUTER_UPTIME

    Seconds

It contains information detailing how long the system has been on since its last restart.4.7

so you would need to use the number of seconds in a day, week, month to compare against the for your SLA.

    hope this helps

Gene thank you for your comment.

Right now we configurate the number to 60 minuts to compare my SLA. Becase the sample is each 1 hour to the metric QOS_COMPUTER_UPTIME

So if in an hour the computer was rebooted the SLA its break
