Clarity report generated does not match with posted timesheet values

Hi,
We are using Clarity PPM v12.1 project management tool.
For generating resource report when we run populate resource allocation report we found some mismatch between the posted timesheets and actuals value in generated report.
We check all the jobs are running fine and data is getting feed correctly to system but some resource the actuals value are not available in generated report while the timesheet values are shown as posted for the resources.
Could any one please help us to resolve the issue?
