Raised an idea a long time back
Since this doesn't exist in the product, I'm interested to hear guided support solutions customers and partners have come up with. The idea is to make the onboarding process easier, reduce support problems and the need for formal training.
Even with a simple UX it certainly helps to be shown around!
I've experimented with the following:
- Walkme + other equivelents
- Embedded videos / guides
- E-learning tools e.g. Captivate
- Help hooks
- Browser plugins
So what has your organisation found useful?
