    Hello Guys;

     

    i have a concern that our customer requested and i dont know if its applicable or not.

     

    in the Analyst Interface, if we say that the analyst for example want to open a Request and he want to attach 3 documents to that request to force the analyst to not save the request until the requester attach the 3 required documents (Through properties function) , The Customer want To view the number of attachments that has been attached to be viewed next to the attachment Tab. for example to show in the attachments tab counter with number of attachment.

     

    is that applicable?

    hi,

    this can be done using SPEL/HTMPL customization (which is not recommended and not supported by CA Technologies), I remember few discussion matches your requirements you could check them:

    - display attachments count: Displaying count of active attachments in tab 

    - restrict ticket creation based on attachments: How to make attachment mandatory for TicketsSpel Attachments : get related request
