  • 1.  ITSM - Automic Condition dont have the operator "contains"

    Posted Nov 07, 2017 06:34 AM

When i am trying to create Macro's by adding automic condition , it does not have the operator "contais".

We need to partially check the attribute value with the data value we specify.

    Thanks,

    Pramila

    Hi Pramila,

OOTB there is no 'Contains' operator defined for the Atomic Condition.

Please go ahead to raise an Idea (Enhancement Request) here in the Communities for this to be considered in future releases.

    Hi Pramila,

As Brian stated, no 'Contains' operator is currently available for use with Atomic Conditions. An idea was raised regarding the addition of a 'Like' operator, which has gained attention and can help accomplish what you are looking to create. Please take a look at the following Idea, and give it an upvote!

    "LIKE" option in atomic conditions

Thank you for your question. We look forward to your continued participation in Communities.

    Regards,
