I created a form group but it does not appear to be selected in the functions in the service desk. Does anyone know how to solve it?
Create the corresponding folder on the disk, creating the Form Group in the SDM admin interface merely declares this Form Group as available for selection, but doesn't create the folder.
Thank you, it worked.I had already created some forms groups in the WSP, but they were created automatically in Service Desk.
