  • 1.  Cluster Configuration CA PAM

    Hello Team,

We want to configure clustered PAM in our infrastructure. Any KB article available for the same?

Will they work in Active-Active or Active-passive connection? How the replication will happen?

We have two appliances and want them to be in cluster. How can we achieve Disaster Recovery?

Any article which has answers to all the questions will be helpful.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

There is a Documentation about this.

Set up Clusters for High Availability Deployments - CA Privileged Access Manager - 2.8.1 - CA Technologies Documentation

The clusters work Active-Active. The replication is simple. The master node replicate the database for other node.

Follow other topic for more information.

Hello, please do not consult the above mentioned PAM 2.8.1 documentation at this time. There have been major changes in PAM clustering, specifically the introduction of primary and secondary sites for better support of WAN clusters that was introduced with 2.8.2. Documentation for the most recent release 3.0.2 is found at https://docops.ca.com/ca-privileged-access-manager/3-0-2/EN/deploying/set-up-a-cluster.
