  • 1.  Page Load Error

    I keep getting an error message when I log in to CA Agile Central saying ; "There was an error loading the page. Try again later".  It started happening as soon as I changed my profile photo.  Any ideas of why is this happening?

    This issue is now resolved, but may require users to clear the browser cache in Internet Explorer.  Here's how to clear browser cache in Internet Explorer 11: 

     

    1. Click on the gear wheel in the top right corner.

    2. Click on Safety in the menu

    3. Click on Delete browsing history in the submenu

    4. Select Temporary Internet files and Cookies and Website data checkboxes from the list

    5. Click Delete

    6. On the bottom of the page the browser notifies you when the browser cache is cleared

    Once the cache is cleared, refresh your page.

    We believe we have found the cause of this issue with Internet Explorer, and are working to revert the change that is causing this error to occur. Thank you very much for your patience while we work to resolve the problem!

    As a workaround in the meantime, please try Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.

    We are currently aware of and investigating an issue where users accessing Agile Central via Internet Explorer are receiving an error message: "There was an error loading this page. Please try again" and are unable to access the application. 

    As a workaround, please try another browser such as Firefox, Chrome, or Safari.  We will update as we know more!
