    Problem:

When we try to login in the FSSUI, we get the error 55 :

"Siteminder Administration Server Error: This administrative

account currently has no assigned privileges. (Error 55)"

We're logging in with "siteminder" superuser.

Why do we have this error and how to correct it ?

    Environment:

    Policy Server 12.52SP1CR02

    Cause:

(error 55) means that the administrator has no or incomplete

permission. That could occur if the XPS store has corrupted data.

    Resolution:

You can solve it that ways :

1 - In our past experience, this issue happened because there were

differences between XPS and Policy Store data. Re-syncing both Stores

solved the issue. For that you can run XPSSweeper.

2 - Run XPSSecurity to check the administrator you use to login and

see if the configuration of this administrator is correct.
