CA Agile - we are operating as a kanban team, but management requires points.  Scrum centric only. Is there a report that will show throughput based on points.  I know it is possible to add points to stories, but the only report that is close is velocity and Kanban has no timebox.  Is there some kind of way I can fudge the configuration settings in an existing report as a work around

You don't need a workaround... the excellent folks in the CA Technical Services team built an app that does exactly what you want at GitHub - RallyTechServices/workitem-throughput: Throughput of workitem point totals or count based on schedule state . That's what I use in place of the standard throughput report. 

That app is of course "use at your own risk" but it's been working great for my subscription. Hope that helps.
