    Hi Team,

     

    Is there any way to disable auto delegation feature in CA Service Catalog 14.1?

    I believe that there is one option to disable auto delegation is 'Access Control: Allow Request Auto-Delegation via User Profile'.

    If I remove all the role from the mention setting then no user can delegate other user.But the issue is I am not able to find the setting under Catalog-->Configuration-->Request Management Configuration.

    Hi Pankaj,

     

    This particular access control is found in

     

       Administration > Configuration > User Default

     

    rather than under the Request Management Configuration settings, as it applies across the environment, rather than on a per-BU basis. Do let us know if that solves it.
