  • 1.  Portfolio Synchronization Job Failing

    We are beginning to use the Portfolio function in CA PPM and are finding the Synchronize portfolio investment job is failing.  There are two messages:

    Job completed message: java.lang.NumberFormatExeption: infinite or NaN

    and

    Error: Portfolio Sync failed: Infinite or NaN

    Anyone have any idea on what might be causing the issue?  The job runs fine in our Dev/Test environment.

    We are currently on v14.2 (yes we are upgrading the beginning of January).

    Actually the issue has been resolved (I think).  The user had added the investments for the portfolio and also in the Include and Filter Investments had checked Project without any filter. Once that was corrected the job ran successfully.
