Is there a limit on number of Docker container VSE's that can be connected to a Register server [Regular Registry]  and  containerized Docker Registries that can connect to Enterprise Dashboard [ Regular Enterprise Dashboard]?

When it comes to running in a containerized environment, DevTest is environmentally agnostic.

Once configured to run in such an environment, the restrictions will be due to infrastructure and Docker’s behaviour – if adequate CPU, Memory, IO and network bandwidth is available then one should not expect issues.

If there are any limitations then they will be due to the environment in which DevTest is being run, and would therefore be best addressed by the relevant Docker support mechanisms.

My question is in relation to the dockerised VSE Devtest component connecting to a Registry server which is not dockerised . This dockerized component can be running in a workspace or pipeline

Yes, you can have a Docker VSE connect to a non-Docker Registry.  My earlier response was tweaked a bit.
