If I'm not wrong, without any "customization", you cannot do this. The file system is not stored as an attribute in the DB... It cannot be send as a QOS because it's not numeric. You can potentially do something with a conversion table: create a custom script and run it with logmon which would scan all drives and send back an integer as a metric for each FS type you need (like 1 for ext3, 2 for ext4, 3 for nfs and so on)... That's not super nice, but I'm not seeing anything else possible right now.
