    Hi,

     

    We have a requirement that if any change order is violated the schedule date & timings, after this violation, when analyst is trying to cancelled that change order , a closure code should be mandatory on basis of violated schedule date and timings and status "Cancelled".

     

    How can we achieve this ? any body have idea?

    Hi Venkat,

    For this type of thing you would need to use custom spelcode logic to validate the violation, and then make a field required based upon whether or not the violation occurred.  I dont know of any other way to do this out of the box unfortunately.  

    Does anyone else have any ideas here for Venkat?
