    Hello All,

     

    Wanted to confirm. I have faced the Issue "TMA-0100: One or more timesheets not approved. You can only approve submitted timesheets for resources you have approve rights over".

     

    When I check the Timesheet its PRVERSION is 8 or 9 and Status is Submitted. A Custom process is picking the Submitted timesheet and changes the status to Approved. This Process is failed for a resource timesheet.

     

    Assumed Scenario:- So when the process has picked the Submitted timesheet and the same time the resource might have returned his timesheet and when action is being performed on changing "Submitted" to "Approved" this Error message might have thrown. Is this correct ?

     

    Please Advice.

    Yes if user has return timesheet and system is trying to change status to approve then we get error, besides this if you are not using a system action for approving and using gel then user used for xogging must have approver rights.
