Don't miss the CA webcast series focused on how to get more value from your CA Service Management (CASM) investment and at the same time increase ITSM maturity. We have three Community webcasts focused on better leveraging CASM product capabilities and three thought-leader webcasts focused on exploiting trends and innovation. Two recent webcasts were focused on Service Catalog and Request Management:

  • Drive ITSM Maturity and Increase User Adoption with Service Catalog (watch recording; product-focused)
  • The Service Catalog. Not just for Breakfast Anymore?  (watch recording; thought-leader focused with Pink Elephant)

Now our focus is shifting to Change and Configuration Management. Click the image to the right to register for the following webcast:

When: December 6, 2017 at 1:00 - 2:00pm ET

Speakers: George Spalding - Pink Elephant

                   Allen Houpt - CA Technologies

Abstract: Many misconstrue Agile Development and DevOps to mean that there is less need for Change and Configuration Management process. The fact is, oversight and governance of changes is even more critical when more, and often smaller changes are being made at a faster and furious pace. This webcast explores how to adapt change and configuration management to the new “faster is better” world.

We will follow this up with a CASM product-focused Community Webcast on December 11th titled Get Optimal Value from CA Service Management’s Change Management Capabilities (more on this one in a discussion next week, but go ahead and sign up for this one as well by clicking on the title).

The final two webcasts in the ITSM Maturity series will be held in January and focused on Integration and Automation; watch for more info on them later in December.

Hope to have you on the webcasts!!!
