Searching orders in Service Catalog for users with inactive contacts

  • 1.  Searching orders in Service Catalog for users with inactive contacts

    Posted Nov 30, 2017 12:31 AM

There are users that have Request Manager role assigned in their BU, these users need access to all orders that were in the BU created. There is no problem to search and see orders from users with active contacts but when contact is set as inactive then orders from such users are no longer visible in Service Catalog. Is it possible to configure this behavior?

    Regards,

    Milan

    Good Morning Milan.

As in answer to your request/question, please check the below:
You can use the advance search feature to construct the search condition to find the requests whose request_for or request_by are inactive.

    Regarding Advance search:
In the dropdown, it has "Request For User Status" (also "Request By User Status" ).
In your search, you can use it and set it as inactive in the search condition to find the requests that you want.
