  • 1.  What is your preferred helpline medium for noncrucial CA Workload Automation (AE, DE, CA7, ESP) matters?

    At the moment, which CA-channel listed below do you prefer the most, to get answers / suggestions for your non-critical concerns on CA Workload Automation solutions, and why?

     

    • Search CA knowledge sources (DocOps, Knowledge-base, YouTube EduCAte videos).
    • Collaborate in CA Workload Automation Communities.
    • Raise a Severity 3 or 4 Case with CA Support.
    • Other (Please mention).

     

    Your response would help us understand what we can do better to improve our self-service channels.

     We use ESP, and I would say I search knowledge base and manuals to find a solution, and if that does not allow me to find a resolution, I will open a case with CA support.

    I would say searching knowledge base, manuals etc... then discussion board for question/answer.  for true issues contact support.

    search books,  then knowledge base, then communities.  last is support if I still haven't gotten anything.

    i will search community which can redirect me to knowledge base / tech notes/ posts. Then i will raise the support case as well.

     

    Being in delivery profile where in we have to set up the envt,, stabilize the envt. and move out from the project by handing it over to support team.

     

    So client wants to make effective use of AMC paid by them ..  and wants to make sure everything is cross checked, updated, closed by vendor which acts as a documentation for future references.
