  • 1.  CA service Desk Xtraction Connection

    Hello;

     

    i have a concern regarding CA SDM and Xtraction Connection, Can 1 Xtraction server  Be Connected to 2 MDB Instance on different physical servers or i must install Separate Xtraction server for each MDB?

    Hi Mohamed,

    Currently the data model license only allows you to connect to one instance of the MDB as you can not add additional data sources to it.  That would require an enterprise license directly from Ivanti which would then allow you to add multiple data sources in the data model.  You would need a second installation of Xtraction to point to a second MDB database.
