    Hi friends, 

    The complete message: SLUMP api: failed to make connection (WSAEADDRNOTAVAIL (10049).

    If you already saw this message , please told how I can fix it.

    So, I ran pdm_configure after import a new MDB.

    It is failing on task 16 - Start CA Service Desk services db admin mode.

    I check all user and password , both service desk and mdbadmin. 

    Finally I open a case number 00907271. Waiting for a contact.

    Im glad to say that I got to solve the problem. Thanks all for the time and attention.

    I will close the case.

    Just change the user of the MDB to the new user , run the configure and run for the embrace.
