We are using the CA UIM 8.5
We are receiving SNMP trap from one server for Different Not IT Devices.
Curently we have two Service Desk 1 ) for Datacenter 2 ) for Swan
We have one UIM and already integrated with Datacenter CA Service Desk with sdgtw probe.
Can it possible to integrate two different service desk with one UIM ?
Also we want to generate ticket from traps to different service desk base on Datacenter device or Swan device.
Kindly suggest if anyone has idea on this.
