After populating “Time Criticality”, “RR/OE Value”, “User/Business Value” and “Job Size” the WSJF Score is not being calculated. The calculation works just fine in the WSFJ Grid and Portfolio Kanban. What am I doing wrong in Portfolio Items?
The calculation isn't handled natively by Agile Central but rather is done by the WSJF app. That's why changing the individual values in places like the work item detail page won't force a recalculation of the WSJF score. Hope that helps.
