Symantec Privileged Access Management

we have configured Windows Remote Desktop Session Host to provide access to few native apps via PAM. 

PAM RDS services configured to use a service account "capam" for Windows login. 

we currently are only able to open single session per PAM login and if another user tries to access the published RDP app, the RD terminal gets disconnected.

How can this be mitigated so that multiple PAM users can have access to the published app via RDS?

Please make sure that you have the Windows Terminal Server fully licensed.

If it is not licensed it will only allow a single TS session at at time
