  • 1.  Snippet Injection does appear at application web page

    Hello,

    I´m using apm 10.5.2.x on linux with Websphere agents on windows and Aix.

    At windows websphere app server, I configure the agent and the snippet to be injected when the customer call the web app.

    The system is up and running, the agent load without errors and I don´t find any error related to the snippet, but, whan I investigate the user browser, the ba.js does not appear at the chome console investigator.

    Any idea what I´m doing wrong?

    Has any APM Admin/Partner faced this situation with the browser agent?

    Hello,

    I  just working with the agent, it's up and running.

    The default.basnippet is already configured with the AXA app lines, but when i load the web app and check the chrome browser, I can find the ba.js injected.

    At the autoprobe.log I see some messages that I copy here..

    You still need the Experience Collector to gather metrics. Use the link I posted earlier to help with the installation and setup.

    Haruhiko, at this moment we have axa/dxi SaaS and apm on premise.

    The first step is capture the experience and send it to axa and later, install the cololector locally to gather the info and pass it to apm.

    Tha agents ar up and running, I can see them on Inspector but at the user browser I can´t see the ba.js injected and I don´t know why.
