    is anyone using CA APM or UIM to monitoring MS Dynamics NAV 2016 ?

    Most, if not all, of the monitoring will be done using PerfMon. Any .NET or IIS components can be monitored using APM .NET agent.

    To add to his post, the APM .NET agent does also have a Perfmon agent.

    Here is a KB which came out of another user's enquiry on MS Dynamics AX monitoring:

    Can the APM .NET Agent monitor Microsoft Dynamics AX hosted applications?

    AX is not the same as CRM. AX is written in X++, which is closer to C++ than native C#.
