Hi,

We have a requirement to remove some of the attributes contained in the Device-Signature namely ["MESC":{"mesc":"mi=2;cd=150;id=30;mesc=309093;mesc=411189"},"]

We have noted that in most cases it is the only elements in the JSON that changes are these. We want to use the base64 encoding of the value in one of our clients as part of their security measure.

What I would like to know is, what do I need to disable the part in the JS to disable these elements? or should I refer this to support?

We need to make changes to DB and no need to make changes to the JS file. If you make changes to JS file, we will not support that. 

If we make changes to DB, even if we are capturing the attributes, those attributes will not be used for evaluation. Please open a support case since this required an investigation to find the correct table name and column name.
