    Hi All,

    I am raising this question on my customer’s behalf- Spectrum release is 10.1, the device Cisco 1941 router - sys oid 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1047 - the device is not NCM certified but was wondering if anyone was successful capturing device configuration? For the customer it always errors out “SPC-OCC-10746 the operation failed. SPC-NCM-20007 Capture running script returned error [253] Unexpected output...”

    Hi Hamza,

     

    I have modeled a Cisco 1941 K9 (System Object ID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1047) and it was added automatically under Cisco IOs - SSH Capable NCM device family, hence it should work.
